TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender solicits a Contractor for the delivery and implementation of a comprehensive debt management and collection system for the Municipal Transport Company in Bielsko-Biała Ltd., covering amicable, judicial, and enforcement collection modules, along with a system to manage controller devices and controllers. The core scope includes pre-implementation analysis, design, development, a perpetual platform license, provision of 11 payment-enabled control devices, full cloud computing infrastructure, data migration from the existing DB2 system, user training, and a 36 to 60-month maintenance and warranty period. TENDER BRIEF
The total duration of the contract is 74 months from the date of concluding the agreement.
The implementation is divided into the following stages with their respective durations:
- Stage 0: Signing the contract with the Contractor - 0 months (cumulative 0 months).
- Stage 1: Detailed project schedule - 1 month (cumulative 1 month). The contractor is required to submit a detailed schedule within 14 days of signing the contract.
- Stage 2: System Design - 4 months (cumulative 4 months).
- Stage 3: System Implementation - 4-6 months (cumulative 8-10 months). The maximum system implementation time is 6 months.
- Stage 4: Tests, training, system implementation in the production environment - 1 month (cumulative 9-11 months).
- Stage 5: Production launch - 1 month (cumulative 10-12 months).
- Stage 6: System Warranty and Maintenance - 36-60 months (cumulative 47-73 months). The minimum period for warranty and maintenance services is 36 months.
- Stage 7: Task completion, final acceptance - 1 month (cumulative 48-74 months).
The contractor is also required to submit a detailed schedule for each subsequent stage no later than 3 months before its commencement. Updates to the detailed schedule do not require a contract amendment. The completion of the entire order is considered the signing of the acceptance protocol for the last accepted stage of the order.
