TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer equipment and computer accessories - partial task no. 1. The subject of the contract must be brand new, authorized for sale, bearing the CE mark, originating from the official sales channel of the manufacturer for the European market. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are included in the Description of the subject of the contract – assortment and price form, constituting annex no. 2.1 to the Terms of Reference, in which the Contracting Authority specified the quality requirements relating to the main elements comprising the subject of the contract for each partial task. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the contract was specified in Annex no. 1 to the Terms of Reference constituting the general terms of the contract.
