TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer equipment and computer accessories - partial task no. 1. The subject of the contract must be brand new, approved for sale, bearing the CE marking, originating from the official sales channel of the manufacturer for the European market. Detailed requirements concerning the subject of the contract are set out in the Description of the subject of the contract – Assortment and price form, constituting attachment no. 2.1 to the Terms of Reference, where the Contracting Authority defined quality requirements relating to the main elements comprising the subject of the contract for each partial task. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the contract has been specified in Attachment no. 1 to the Terms of Reference constituting the general terms of the contract.
