TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract consists of: 1) the supply of a brand-new computed tomography scanner together with complete equipment, its installation, mounting and commissioning in a dedicated room indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the performance of adaptation works, adaptation of the room for the installation of the new unit, in accordance with the installation requirements of the manufacturer and the scope approved by the Contracting Authority, and the performance of measurements and necessary tests related to the commissioning of the computed tomography scanner in accordance with the requirements of law, 2) disassembly and disposal of the computed tomography scanner used by the Contracting Authority and intended for scrapping, with serial number 64476, 3) conducting training for the Contracting Authority’s staff, in the scope of technical and clinical operation of the new computed tomography scanner within the scope permitted by the manufacturer for independent performance by the user, according to the boundary conditions — the list of required and assessed parameters constituting Appendix No 9, the contract template constituting Appendix No 4 and…
