TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a laparoscopic imaging system with a laparoscopic column. A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract are provided in the assortment-and-price table, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and in the description of the subject of the contract – a listing of required parameters (“OPZ”), Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, as well as the template contract, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. II. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. The decision to refrain from dividing the contract into parts is justified by objective factors of a technical, technological, organisational nature, as well as reasons relating to patient safety, and also by the need to ensure proper performance of the contract. The subject of the contract is an integrated medical endoscopic system (imaging system together with a laparoscopic column). All elements included in the set constitute an inseparable functional and technical whole.
