TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of low-floor trams. The subject of the contract includes: 1) the basic scope (guaranteed), i.e. the delivery of 20 multi-section, low-floor, bi-directional trams along with specialist service equipment, a repair package, an operational package, tram components and technical data necessary to integrate the tram into the simulator system operated by the Contracting Authority, technical documentation including licenses and software including licenses, conducting training and carrying out post-accident repairs (during the warranty period granted for the trams), 2) an option, i.e. the delivery of 42 multi-section, low-floor, bi-directional trams along with an operational package, licenses for technical documentation and software, and carrying out post-accident repairs (during the warranty period granted for the trams), as well as the delivery of specialist service equipment components for the trams, delivery of repair package elements for the trams and conducting additional training. 2.
