TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of low-floor trams. The subject of the contract includes: 1) the basic scope (guaranteed), i.e. the supply of 20 multi-section, low-floor, bidirectional trams together with specialist maintenance/servicing equipment, a repair package, an operating/maintenance package, tram components and technical data necessary to integrate the tram into the simulator system operated by the Contracting Authority, technical documentation including licences and software including licences, conducting training and carrying out accident-damage repairs (during the warranty period granted for the trams), 2) an option, i.e. the supply of 42 multi-section, low-floor, bidirectional trams together with an operating/maintenance package, licences for the technical documentation and software and carrying out accident-damage repairs (during the warranty period granted for the trams), as well as the supply of elements of specialist maintenance/servicing equipment for the trams, the supply of elements of the trams’ repair package and conducting additional training. 2.
