TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of three electric-powered buses for the Zakład Komunikacji Publicznej Suchy Las Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Chludowo at ul. Tysiąclecia 8 — with technical and operational parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. The offered buses must have a type approval authorising their use within the territory of the Republic of Poland, which will be required at the stage of contract performance.
