TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of three phytotrons, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”, for the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk Medical University. 2. The contract includes: 1) delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of the equipment at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, 2) training of the Contracting Authority’s indicated employees (maximum 2 persons) in the scope of operating the equipment. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 38000000-5 (laboratory, optical and precision equipment (excluding glassware)). 4. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No 5 to the SWZ. 5. Place of delivery of the equipment: Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk Medical University, Abrahama 58, 80-307 Gdańsk, room No 167A. 6.
