TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of three servers with accessories, cabling, operating systems, and warranty and service, all with identical hardware configuration, intended to operate within the same IT environment of the Contracting Authority. 1. The Contracting Authority requires that all delivered servers be devices from the same manufacturer, of the same brand, model, and generation, and have identical hardware configurations, particularly with respect to processors, RAM, storage controllers, drives, network cards, power supplies, management systems, and firmware versions. Uniformity of the equipment is essential to ensure full compatibility of devices required by the server cluster architecture, thus enabling the use of common configurations, drivers, update packages, administrative procedures, as well as monitoring and management tools. 2. Devices must be brand new and represent models listed in the official manufacturer's offer on the day of submission of tenders. Refurbished, demonstration, or exhibition devices are not allowed.
