TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The procedure is conducted as an open tender. 2. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 139 of the Act, provides for a so-called "reversed" order of operations, i.e. first examines and evaluates the offers, and then qualifies the contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, in terms of absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilling the participation conditions. 3. The contracting authority does not foresee conducting an electronic auction. 4. The contracting authority does not foresee submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogs. 5. The contracting authority is not conducting proceedings to conclude a framework agreement. 6.
