TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery by the Contractor of equipment for psychiatric wards, including: with regard to task no. 1 – Delivery of wheelchairs and rollators, with regard to task no. 2 – Delivery of bedside tables, with regard to task no. 3 – Delivery of electronic electronic upper-arm blood pressure monitors, with regard to task no. 4 – Delivery of ECG devices with an accumulator (battery), with regard to task no. 5 – Delivery of a portable cardiac monitor, with regard to task no. 6 – Delivery of hospital beds with a mattress and a non-flammable cover, with regard to task no. 7 – Delivery of magnetic belts for immobilising a patient, with regard to task no. 8 – Delivery of a patient’s vital functions monitor – mobile (hereinafter: as the equipment), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2.
