TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply by the Contractor of rehabilitation equipment, including: with regard to task no. 1 – supply of vacuum massage devices, with regard to task no. 2 – supply of cryotherapy devices, with regard to task no. 3 – supply of an ultrasound therapy device, with regard to task no. 4 – supply of rehabilitation beds/tables, with regard to task no. 5 – supply of magnetotherapy devices, (hereinafter: the equipment), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Appendix No 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with Appendix No 2 to the SWZ and the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Appendix No 4 to the SWZ. 1.
