1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: Delivery of medical devices: SPECT/CT apparatuses with equipment for the Nuclear Medicine Unit at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź, at ul. Pomorska 251. The task is carried out under: Purchase of medical equipment/apparatus for providing health care services financed from public funds under an agreement with the State Treasury – the Minister of Health no. DOI/SK/85112/6220/305/2026/681 for granting in 2026 a targeted grant for investment purchases in the Nuclear Medicine Unit at the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź, at ul. Pomorska 251. 2.
