TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Delivery of medical devices SPECT/CT scanners with equipment in the Nuclear Medicine Department for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at Pomorska 251 Street. The task is implemented as part of: the purchase of medical apparatus/equipment intended for providing publicly funded healthcare services under the agreement with the State Treasury – Minister of Health no. DOI/SK/85112/6220/305/2026/681 for granting, in 2026, a targeted subsidy for investment purchases in the Nuclear Medicine Department for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at Pomorska 251 Street. 2.
