TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Delivery of devices and medical equipment under the Funding Agreement No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0074/25-00/305/2026/57 for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at Pomorska Street 251 - II" 2. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 2 and Annex 2A to the Terms of Reference (ToR). 3. The Contracting Authority has divided the order into individual parts and allows the submission of partial bids - Packages: No. 1-No. 2 detailed in Annex No. 2 and Annex 2A. 4. The offered subject of the contract must: - comply with quality and technical standards resulting from its function and purpose, - meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the Terms of Reference, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex No. 2 ToR - Assortment and price form and Annex 2A ToR - Technical parameters.
