TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of network switches (48 ports – 2 pcs, 12 ports – 2 pcs) specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as “devices”. The offered devices must be factory-new and unused, come from current production (production year: no earlier than 2025), and have the appropriate certificates permitting them to be sold and used within the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is required to provide free warranty service for the devices and technical support provided in the Polish language. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase and delivery of the devices to the Contracting Authority’s registered office together with unloading and bringing them inside. The Contractor is required to provide free warranty service for the devices and technical support provided in the Polish language. 3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4) Required performance period: up to 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
