TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the supply of network devices specified in Appendices No. 2A-D to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as “devices”. The offered devices must be brand new and unused, originate from current production (production year: not earlier than 2026), and have appropriate certificates authorising them for sale and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for the devices. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase and delivery of the devices to the Contracting Authority’s registered office along with unloading and carrying them to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3) The detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendices No. 2A-D to the SWZ. 4) Required performance deadline: within 5 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. The Contractor may shorten the performance deadline in relation to the required deadline indicated above.
