TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex no. 4 to the Terms of Reference - Technical Specification. 2. Conditions for contract execution are specified in the Draft contract provisions constituting Annex no. 2a to the Terms of Reference. 3. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of using the option right. 4. The type (assortment) and quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex no. 3 to the Terms of Reference – Price form. 5. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in Annex no. 3 to the Terms of Reference – Price form, as well as in Annex no. 2a to the Terms of Reference – Draft contract provisions and in the Technical Specification - Annex no. 4 to the Terms of Reference. 6. Conditions for contract execution are specified in the Draft contract provisions constituting Annex no. 2a to the Terms of Reference. 7.
