TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a used vehicle for sewer cleaning and the sale of a vehicle with the same function used by the Contracting Authority since 2016. 2. The performance of the contract shall be at the cost and risk of the Supplier. 3. Under the contract, the Supplier is obliged to deliver, start up, and carry out a test drive of the vehicle provided as a result of this procedure with parameters compliant with the offer submitted in this procedure. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the delivered vehicle be complete and ready for operation, without any additional purchases and investments. 5. The Contracting Authority declares that the vehicle being sold is complete and ready for operation, that its technical condition shows normal signs of use in accordance with the vehicle’s model year, and guarantees that the vehicle has the documents required by law allowing it to be used on the territory of the Republic of Poland (RP) in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. 6.
