TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of a used backhoe loader 1. The subject of the contract is supplies. 2. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a used backhoe loader. 3. The year of manufacture of the subject of the contract required by the Contracting Authority: minimum 2014. The Contractor may offer newer equipment. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – a detailed description of the subject of the contract describing the technical specification of the backhoe loader together with the Contracting Authority’s requirements concerning the subject of the contract. 5. Annex No 2 to the SWZ is also an evidence item concerning the subject of the contract, which the Contractor submits together with the offer to confirm that the technical parameters of the equipment indicated in the description of the subject of the contract are met. 6. The technical parameters provided in Annex No 2 to the SWZ are minimum parameters.
