TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of an ultrasonographic EBUS video bronchoscope 1. The subject of this tender procedure is the supply of an EBUS ultrasonographic video bronchoscope for the needs of the Warmian-Masurian Centre for Lung Diseases in Olsztyn. 2. The medical device specified in point 1 must be approved for circulation and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2024.1620, consolidated text) and other applicable national and EU regulations, and it must be marked with the CE mark. 3. The offered device must be brand new, complete, unused and not exhibited, not refurbished, free from physical and legal defects, and must come from current production, i.e. manufactured no earlier than 12 months from the date of delivery. 4. The tender price must include all costs related to the performance of the contract, in particular: transport, bringing in, insuring the subject of the contract for the duration of delivery, commissioning the device, checking that it operates correctly, as well as training the Ordering Party’s staff in the use of the device and its warranty.
