TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of an ultrasound video bronchoscope EBUS 1. The subject of this procurement procedure is the delivery of an ultrasound video bronchoscope EBUS for the needs of the Warmian-Masurian Centre for Lung Diseases in Olsztyn. 2. The medical device specified in point 1 must be permitted for circulation and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2024.1620, consolidated text) and other applicable national and EU regulations, and it must be marked with the CE marking. 3. The offered device must be factory-new, complete, not displayed or exhibited, and unused, not refurbished, free from physical and legal defects, and must come from current production, i.e. manufactured no earlier than 12 months before the delivery date. 4. The bid price must include all costs related to the performance of the contract, in particular: transport, bringing in (moving the item into the premises), insuring the subject of the contract for the duration of delivery, commissioning the device, checking that it operates correctly, as well as training the Ordering Party’s staff in the use of the device and its warranty.
