TENDER DESCRIPTION

Financing conditions: 1) The purchase of a new specialized funeral vehicle will be financed by the Contractor, also called the Financier. 2) Currency of the lease agreement – PLN. 3) Operating lease period – 71 months. 4) Number of installments – 71 equal monthly installments. Lease installments are equal throughout the entire duration, calculated using a fixed interest rate. Monthly installments are equal, consisting of principal and interest portions of fixed amounts. The Contracting Authority does not allow variable proportions between principal and interest parts of lease installments during the contract period. Each installment is payable by the 25th day of each month. The last installment may be balancing (it may be increased or decreased due to rounding differences of all other installments). 5) Handling fee: 0%. 6) Initial payment of 10% of the net value of the lease item + VAT, payable within 14 days from the date of signing the lease agreement.
