TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply by way of an operational lease of a waste compactor with a blade. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a compactor intended for compacting waste with a blade. The machine must be manufactured no earlier than 2004 and, after a complete rebuild, no earlier than 2026. The offered machine may not be a prototype. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No 1 to these SWZ. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender as being inconsistent with the conditions of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act. 3. Information on the obligation for personal performance by the contractor/contractors jointly applying for the award of key tasks—Article 60 and Article 121 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority does not reserve personal performance of the key parts of the contract. 4.
