TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. An operating lease within the meaning of the Corporate Income Tax Act and the Personal Income Tax Act, with an option for the Lessee to purchase for 1% of the net value of the vehicle + VAT after the leasing agreement ends, provided that all amounts due under the leasing agreement are paid. The Contracting Authority undertakes to purchase the Leasing Subject in the event that the condition referred to in the preceding sentence is met. 2. The Contracting Authority agrees to the standard buyout process used by the Lender, i.e. submission in the Leasing Agreement of an irrevocable offer to purchase the Leasing Subject after the leasing period ends for the final value, and payment of the buyout fee within 30 days from the date of payment of the last leasing instalment. 3.
