4. Description of the subject of the contract 4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery in the form of an operating lease with a purchase option of a brand new baling press for waste with equipment and a PET bottle perforator as well as a new feeding conveyor for the press, together with installation, hereinafter referred to as the "leased item." 4.2. The requirements for the baling press, i.e., the required technical parameters as well as the required minimum equipment, are specified in the description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the ToR. 4.3. Insurance of the channel press lies with the Contracting Authority. 4.4.
