4. Description of the subject matter of the contract 4.1. The subject of the contract is delivery in the form of an operating lease with the option to purchase a factory-new baling press for waste, with equipment and a PET bottle perforator, and a new infeed conveyor for the press, including installation, hereinafter referred to as “the subject of the lease.” 4.2. The requirements for the baling press, i.e. the required technical parameters as well as the required minimum equipment, have been specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.3. The insurance of the channel press is the responsibility of the Contracting Authority. 4.4.
