4. Description of the subject matter of the contract 4.1. The subject matter of the contract is delivery in the form of operational leasing with the option to purchase a brand-new baling press for waste with equipment and a PET bottle perforator, and a brand-new hopper conveyor to the press, together with installation, hereinafter referred to as the “leasing subject”. 4.2. Requirements for the baling press, i.e. the required technical parameters and also the required minimum equipment, have been specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.3. Insurance of the channel press lies with the Contracting Authority. 4.4.
