TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of an operating lease with a buyout option of a brand-new heavy-duty vehicle – a tipper with a permissible total mass of 3.5 Mg, structurally designed for right-hand traffic, equipped with a crew cab, driven by an internal combustion engine powered by diesel fuel, with drive to the rear axle. The vehicle must also be adapted for towing/connecting a trailer of category O2 using a ball hitch. The vehicle, assembled on the basis of a brand-new heavy-duty vehicle chassis, manufactured no earlier than in 2025 and complying with the Euro VI exhaust emission standard in a version enabling registration of the delivered vehicle. The delivered vehicle must be made exclusively of new parts, in a manner compliant with the regulations permitting their use in the European Union and must meet the technical conditions specified in the provisions of the applicable law of the Republic of Poland. A vehicle used previously for demonstration purposes is not allowed.
