TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of an operational lease (with a purchase option) of a used vacuum sweeper on a truck chassis, manufactured no earlier than 2024, for maintaining the cleanliness of external hardened surfaces at the Łużyckie Recycling Center. The vehicle must meet the PM10 and PM2.5 requirements, confirmed by attached certificates. The vehicle must be registered in Poland according to its intended use as a special vehicle, and its formal-legal status must be fully documented, guaranteeing the legal origin of the vehicle. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, which simultaneously constitutes an integral part of the contract.
