TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: 1) Scope I: delivery, including the design and implementation of the Fee Collection System and the Parking Information System at the P+R Metro Stokłosy, P+R Metro Ursynów, and Anin SKM parking lots. 2) Scope II: provision of a service consisting of maintenance of the systems, devices, and installations realized under Scope I. 2. The Contractor is obliged to execute the Subject of the Contract at the following facilities: a) Młociny Transport Hub, including the P+R Metro Młociny I parking lot and the Parking Management Center, located in Warsaw at ul. Kasprowicza 145. b) P+R Metro Stokłosy parking lot, located in Warsaw at al. KEN 79. c) P+R Metro Ursynów parking lot, located in Warsaw at al. KEN 100. d) P+R Anin SKM parking lot, located in Warsaw at ul. Pożaryskiego 73. 3. A condition for the execution of Scope II is the acceptance by the Contracting Authority of the part of the Subject of the Contract defined for Scope I, consisting of the formal acceptance of Stage III of the first of the three implemented locations. 4.
