TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of vegetables and fruit in 2027 for Catering Kitchens in Kielce at ul.: Kołłątaja 4, Krzyżanowskiej 8, Jagiellońskiej 76, and for Care and Support Homes (DPS) at ul. Żeromskiego 4/6 and Tarnowskiej 10. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Appendix No 1A, price form. The contract will be performed on the basis of partial orders placed by telephone or by means of electronic mail by an authorised employee of the Contracting Authority, with at least one day’s advance notice before the date of the required delivery, or in urgent cases after a telephone arrangement. The quantities given in Appendix No 1A constitute estimated demand. With regard to the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to: - resign from purchasing part of the products resulting from lack of demand or a limitation of demand; - change the quantities of ordered products within the value and assortment specified in the contract, in the event of changes in the Contracting Authority’s needs, - change the assortment in the event of withdrawal of the old product and introduction of a new product/products, within the offered assortment group of the same or higher quality and…
