TENDER DESCRIPTION

The quantitative and qualitative acceptance of the goods will be carried out at the place of delivery (food service warehouse located on the premises of the 31st Tactical Air Base, 61-325 Poznań, ul. Silniki 1; in exceptional situations, delivery will be made to the 31 BLT Training Centre in Kiekrz, ul. Rekreacyjna 2 in Poznań), by persons authorised on behalf of the Contracting Authority (warehouse keepers), with the participation of the Contractor or its authorised representative, based on the invoice and the order submitted. The delivery of goods must be carried out on an ongoing basis, between 0700 and 0900, three times per week, i.e. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, in accordance with the applicable quality standards and the HACCP system procedures (quality and transport requirements) and in the packaging indicated by the Contracting Authority in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, subject to refusal of acceptance at the Contractor’s sole cost and risk.
