TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply, implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System at the Marshal’s Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Białystok. 2. The detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are set out in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), which constitutes Annex No 1 and 1a to the SWZ, the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ, and the template of the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data constituting Annex No 2.1 to the SWZ. 1.
