1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery, implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System at the Marshal's Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Białystok. 2. The detailed description and method of performance of the contract are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No 1 and 1a to the SWZ, the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, and the template of the agreement for entrusting the processing of personal data constituting Appendix No 2.1 to the SWZ. 1.
