1. The subject of the contract is the Supply, implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System at the Marshal’s Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Białystok. 2. A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract are provided in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ, the draft contract provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and the template of the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data constituting Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ. 1.
