TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System in the Marshal Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Białystok. 2. A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract are provided in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 and 1a to the SWZ, the planned provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, and the template of the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data constituting Appendix No. 2.1 to the SWZ. 1.
