TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply, implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Management System at the Marshal’s Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Białystok. 2. The detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which constitutes Appendix No 1 and 1a to the SWZ, the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, and the template for the contract on entrusting the processing of personal data constituting Appendix No 2.1 to the SWZ. 1.
