TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of eco-pea coal (ekogroszek) for the 2026/2027 heating season to the Primary School in Śliwice 1. The subject of the contract is: Successive, as required, delivery of eco-pea coal (ekogroszek) type 31.2 in the quantity of 150 tonnes to the Primary School in Śliwice. Deliveries shall be made depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority, in quantities necessary to heat the building. The quantity of coal presented is the maximum estimated quantity and may be reduced in relation to the size of the entire contract due to current needs. Any changes in quantity may, in particular, depend on the weather conditions prevailing during the heating season during the term of the contract. Due to the Contracting Authority’s limitation of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Contracting Authority. Deliveries shall be carried out upon each time notification by a representative of the Contracting Authority by telephone or to the Contractor’s e-mail address.
