TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of bags for municipal waste and medical waste and self-adhesive labels for the bags. 2. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the contract according to the rules and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No 5 to the SWZ. 1.
