TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.3. The Contracting Authority’s requirements regarding the subject matter of the contract: The Contractor undertakes to carry out the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the description contained in the SWZ, the contract, and in accordance with: a) the Functional-Utility Programme constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ b) the conditions resulting from applicable technical regulations and the Construction Law; c) the requirements resulting from applicable Polish Standards, the Technical Conditions for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, and related regulations; d) the principles of sound technical knowledge and established practices. When carrying out the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall purchase, at its own expense and within the costs specified in this contract, all finishing materials necessary to perform the above-mentioned task.
