The migration process is estimated to take approximately 3-4 weeks. The detailed sequence of migration, resource allocation in the target environment, and the schedule of individual activities will be agreed upon with the selected contractor during the development of a detailed implementation and migration plan. The work schedule can be adjusted if circumstances beyond the contractor's control occur.

• Active FC 32 Gb/s ports are required for the main storage array.
• Storage array controllers must be reconfigurable to support Ethernet/RDMA 25 Gb/s, 100 Gb/s, and 200 Gb/s without requiring replacement.
• The new infrastructure must be prepared and configured for a Microsoft Hyper-V Failover Cluster environment.
• Integration of the new infrastructure with the existing Active Directory environment is required.
• Integration with the existing Veeam backup system is required.
• Physical presence of engineers is required at the Contracting Authority's premises during agreed migration windows.
• 24/7 availability of appropriate specialists must be ensured throughout the migration period.
• Documentation must be provided in Polish or English.
• Documentation must be in an electronic format with searchable content.
