TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Task No. 1 entitled: Supply, including installation and connection, of a power generator set for the volunteer fire station (OSP) in Rybna. 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 unit of a generator set with a rated power (PRP) of at least 40 kVA. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including its individual parts, is set out in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. Together with the generator set, the Contractor shall provide appropriate documentation necessary for its use in accordance with its intended purpose. 5. The costs of delivery, installation, connection and training are borne entirely by the Contractor. 6. The minimum quality warranty period for the supplied equipment, completed installation works, and all other elements is at least 12 months from the date of signing the handover-acceptance protocol and not more than 3 thousand motohours. 1.
