TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery with installation of office, laboratory furniture and fume cupboards for the Department of Veterinary Hygiene of the Regional Veterinary Inspectorate in Katowice. The equipment and functional requirements are described in detail in Annex No. 3 to the ToR – Description of the Subject of the Contract – Technical description / according to the respective building floor / basement, ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor / and in the detailed description of the subject of the contract – assortment and price specifications – Annexes No. 2.1.-2.5. to the ToR. 2. The contract execution deadline is divided into two Implementation Stages and is described in Chapter IV of the ToR. 3. A detailed list of rooms for implementation at each Stage is included in Annex No. 1A to the ToR. 4. The arrangement of laboratory furniture according to the floors of the Veterinary Hygiene building is contained in the technical drawings, which are Annexes No. 4.1-4.5 to the ToR. 1.
