TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract includes in particular: a) delivery of technical devices together with software for the needs of digital recording of the course of court proceedings, installation, implementation, commissioning as well as warranty service and technical support in courtrooms not previously equipped with equipment for digital recording of the course of court proceedings; b) technical support and service for courtrooms equipped with equipment for digital recording of the course of court proceedings provided to the Contracting Authority. 2. As part of the subject of the contract, delivery of technical devices together with software for the needs of digital recording of the course of court proceedings, installation, implementation, commissioning as well as warranty service for the following elements is required, as well as delivery of electronic signature cards: a) Courtroom infrastructure; b) Electronic signature infrastructure; c) Other delivery elements. 3. The equipment should ensure hardware and software compatibility with the currently used Digital Court Proceedings Recording System. 4.
