TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract includes in particular: a) delivery of technical devices together with software for the purposes of digital recording of court hearing proceedings, installation, implementation, commissioning, and a warranty service and technical support in courtrooms that have not previously been equipped with equipment for digital recording of court hearing proceedings; b) a technical support and service service for courtrooms equipped with equipment for digital recording of court hearing proceedings provided to the Contracting Authority. 2. Within the scope of the subject matter of the contract, delivery of technical devices together with software for the purposes of digital recording of court hearing proceedings is required, including installation, implementation, commissioning and warranty service of the following elements, as well as delivery of cards for electronic signature: a) Infrastructure of courtrooms; b) Infrastructure of electronic signature; c) Other delivery elements. 3.
