The completion deadline for the contract work cannot exceed 30 calendar days, and the minimum delivery time is 20 days, calculated from the date the contract is signed. If a contractor proposes a term shorter than 20 days, that offered term will be incorporated into the contract for evaluation.

• Compliance of offered equipment, software, and ICT components with manufacturer's security requirements
• Current manufacturer support for offered equipment, software, and ICT components
• Capability to install security updates for offered equipment, software, and ICT components
• Absence of known critical security vulnerabilities in offered equipment, software, and ICT components according to publicly available databases at the time of offer submission
• Delivered products must be free from known critical security vulnerabilities at the time of delivery
• Delivered devices must not transmit data to external systems without the Ordering Party's knowledge and consent
• Access to security updates for software or firmware for a period no shorter than the warranty period
• Offered equipment must not require communication with IT infrastructure outside the European Economic Area for basic functioning, unless prior written consent is obtained from the Ordering Party
• Provision of security bulletins, vulnerability communications, or security updates from the manufacturer to the Ordering Party throughout the warranty period (if applicable)
• EU Declaration of Conformity or equivalent manufacturer's document confirming compliance of the offered device with applicable EU law and CE marking
• Manufacturer's or contractor's statement confirming security updates for at least the warranty period for devices equipped with software, network interface, communication modules, or remote access functions
• Manufacturer's or contractor's statement indicating the distribution method of security updates for devices equipped with software, network interface, communication modules, or remote access functions
• Manufacturer's or contractor's statement providing information on whether the device allows remote access by the manufacturer or other third parties, and if so, specifying the rules for its implementation
