TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: “Supply, including installation, of playground equipment at playgrounds owned by the Municipality of the City of Suwałki”. 2. The Contractor’s detailed scope of obligations is specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ — Descriptions of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as OPZ. 4. The scope of the contract includes: 1) delivery of factory-new play and recreation equipment, 2) performance of the necessary preparatory works, 3) installation of the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the rules resulting from the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and safety standards; if it is necessary to build foundations for the equipment, the Contractor shall ensure that they are built within its own scope, 4) tidying up the site after completion of the works; any waste that may arise (e.g. sand) shall be disposed of at the Contractor’s own cost, 5) granting a warranty for the supplied and installed elements, 6) preparation of a safe zone for the installed equipment in accordance…
