TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is: supply and installation of catering equipment divided into 3 parts as part of the task entitled “Adaptation of kitchen rooms in the building of SP ZOZ Sanatorium Uzdrowiskowego MSWiA in Sopot with modernization of the functional layout and installations based on the HACCP system and the GMP and GHP principles.” 2. The contract includes supply and installation: Part No. 1 - blast chiller-freezer with its own refrigeration unit – 1 unit. Minimum requirements and device parameters are provided in the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and in the price – assortment form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
